I'm using Claude Desktop on my Mac and I often run into this frustrating issue where about 90% of the answers I generate just vanish right after they're produced. They completely disappear and don't show up in the history at all. I see the text being typed out, and just when it seems finished, poof—it's gone! Has anyone else experienced this?

I also have some MCP tools that can block responses if the topic gets too speculative. That might be what's causing the disappearing act for you. It's definitely worth checking if the tools you're using have any settings like that.
