I've run into a problem with my Steam library where it says I'm using almost 300GB of space, and I have no idea what's taking up all that room. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to identify what's using all that space and how to reduce it?

If you prefer a different tool, check out TreeSize. There's a portable version that you can run in admin mode to scan your disks. It'll pinpoint exactly what's hogging all the space so you can handle it.

I still think WinDirStat is the best choice! It's super user-friendly.

You might want to go on a bit of an uninstall spree. Remove anything you no longer need. After that, try using a tool called WinDirStat; it will show you the largest folders on your drive so you can see what's taking up space.

How do I uninstall? Can you break it down for me—no need to sugarcoat it!

Really solid advice already! I used WinDirStat to identify big files, then moved a bunch of stuff off my main drive to a different internal drive. You could also use an external drive if that's easier. That cleared up space for my games.
