Can I Use My Old SSD in a New PC Without Issues?

I'm planning to install my old SSD into my new PC. Can I simply plug it in and have Windows boot up like it did on my old machine? I'm okay with completely wiping the SSD if needed, but since I only have one SSD, I can't back up any data onto a temporary drive. What steps should I follow?

Just plug it into your new PC, and it should work fine. You typically won't need to reinstall Windows, but keep in mind that some programs might not work correctly. Since you're fine with wiping the SSD, that would make things easier in the long run!
