Computer Powers On but No Display: What’s Wrong?

I have a computer with an Intel i3 3210 processor, 8GB of RAM, and an H61 motherboard. It's been sitting unused for about 1-2 months, and when I tried to turn it on today, the cabinet light came on, my headphones lit up, and the fans were spinning fast. However, there's no RGB lighting on my keyboard or mouse, and nothing appears on the monitor. I've checked all the cables, but I'm still stuck. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

First things first, check for any warning lights on your motherboard, like an LED or Q-LED indicator. Those can give you clues about what's wrong. Also, make sure your monitor is actually turning on—I had that happen before!

Yeah, definitely check the monitor. If it’s not lighting up at all, that could be the issue.

I double-checked the monitor, and it seems fine—just not getting a signal from the computer.

It sounds like there could be an issue with your motherboard, especially if neither your keyboard nor mouse is being recognized. The i3 3210 is quite old, and it’s possible that the motherboard might have just given up. When was the last time you used this PC?

The last time I used it was when I tried installing a GT1030 from a friend. It didn't work at first, but after a lot of troubleshooting, I got it running without the GPU. That was a few months ago, and it seemed fine then.
