I'm on the hunt for the most budget-friendly PC build that includes a 9070XT graphics card. I'm open to sacrificing the CPU if necessary to keep costs down. I live in Saudi Arabia, and it's been quite challenging to find anything that's reasonably priced—everything feels pricey! This is my first time building a PC, so any guidance is appreciated. I'm looking for recommendations on parts, and if you could point me to any helpful sites, especially on PC part picker, that would be awesome!

What resolution are you aiming for? Are you targeting 2K or 4K? That will really help in narrowing down your build options!
I found a build that might fit your budget perfectly! It doesn’t include the graphics card itself, but it totals around $825. I found it on a local Saudi Arabian site. The PSU is a 750W, which is the minimum for a 9070XT, and it's rated B+ on the tier list. For the CPU, you might consider the 7500F, which is close to the 5700X3D—definitely a solid base for the 9070XT. There's also the 7600 option that comes with a cooler, but going with the 7500F and picking up a cheaper aftermarket cooler could save you some cash. The case can accommodate all 9070XTs, and the motherboard is MATX, which should work well in an ATX case. For storage, I recommend the 1TB Team Group MP33 PRO SSD, as it's good value for money.
The website link you shared doesn't seem to work for me. Can you check it? I can't see the parts.
I think I'm leaning towards 2K, but I might consider 4K if it fits my budget.
