A few days ago, my computer crashed while I was playing a game. There wasn't a blue screen or any kind of error message, but now it's incredibly sluggish. I can't even get a 7 GB game to launch without issues. It seems to freeze a lot and often, when the launcher indicates that the game has started, nothing happens. If it does open, it's painfully slow. I'm using a prebuilt IBUYPOWER PC with Windows 11. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

There could be a bunch of reasons why this is happening. Sometimes it’s a faulty RAM or even an issue with your graphics card drivers. Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + B to reset your graphics drivers and see if that helps. Also, check Task Manager to see if any background processes are hogging your resources.
You should definitely check for dump files. They can tell us a lot about what went wrong during the crash. If you can access Windows or Safe Mode, look in C:WindowsMinidump for those files. You can upload them to a file-sharing site for us to analyze. We want as much info as possible to help diagnose the issue.
It sounds like your computer is really struggling. First, it would help to know your hardware specs and if you see any specific error messages when you try to launch a game. Sometimes, a crash can lead to hardware issues, like the RAM or GPU acting up.
