I'm having trouble with my first-generation iPad Pro (model A1934) that won't factory reset. It was only lightly used at a few trade shows, and now we're locked out because we don't know the password. The device is showing as unavailable when turned on. I've charged it, and it's at 100% battery, but it only sometimes shows that it's charging even when the battery percentage increases. I can easily put it into recovery mode, but no computer recognizes it. I've tried three different PCs and four different cables—both USB-C to USB-A and USB-C to USB-C—including one that came with another iPad Pro. The Apple Store also attempted to connect it with multiple MacBooks and cables without any luck. Instead of continuing to troubleshoot, they suggested just buying a new one. I prefer not to contribute to e-waste, especially since the iPad seems like it might still be salvageable. I've even cleaned the port with air, isopropyl alcohol, and a soft dental pick. If anyone has ideas or suggestions, or if you need pictures, please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Just a heads up, if you're using DFU mode, it has to be linked to the exact Apple ID that was used with the iPad. Make sure you’re logged in with the right account—if you can find out which account that is.
Have you tried connecting your iPad to a Mac using Apple Configurator 2? It might be worth a shot since it can sometimes recognize devices that iTunes can’t. Just keep in mind that your Mac needs to be running macOS Sequoia or newer.
I don’t have access to a Mac. I went to the Apple Store for that. I even tried using the Apple devices app from the Windows Store, but that didn’t work either.
Is there any way to check which account it’s attached to? I haven’t found much info online since the device is locked.
