Help Needed: Random PC Crashes While Gaming

I've been experiencing some random crashes on my PC lately, and I'm hoping to get some insights. While I'm playing games, my whole system just shuts down without showing any error messages. It seems like it's not game-specific, as it only happens with certain titles. I've ensured that all my drivers are updated, and I ran memory and malware checks that came back clean. Below are my specs for reference:

- 32GB RAM (2x 16GB sticks, brand unknown)
- NZXT CPU cooler and fans
- AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (6-core)
- Windows 11
- Power Supply: 600-700 watts (exact number unknown)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! ❤️❤️

It sounds like a power supply issue to me. Those random shutdowns can often be caused by the PSU not being able to handle the load during intense gaming sessions. Have you tried testing with a different PSU or reducing your power consumption?

I haven’t tested with a different PSU, but I’ll consider that. It really feels like it might be related to power.

Could also be worth checking your event viewer for any system logs that occur right before the shutdown. It could give you a clue as to what's going wrong.

Have you checked your temperatures? If your CPU or GPU is overheating, it could cause sudden shutdowns. Download a monitoring program like HWMonitor to keep an eye on those temps while you game.

I'll try that out! Just checked and found my CPU temps are a bit high—might need to check the cooling situation.
