Can I Power My RTX 5080 with Just Two PCIe Connectors?

Hey everyone! I've got a quick question about my setup. I recently got an RTX 5080 and it came with a triple squid 12VHPWR Nvidia adapter. I only have two 8-pin PCIe connectors available from my 2019 Seasonic Focus GX 750W power supply, which has limited PCIe cables. Can I use just those two connectors with the adapter, or do I need all three? Also, each of my 8-pin connectors has a daisy plug. Is it safe or okay to use one of those daisy plugs to connect to the third socket on the adapter? The PSU's revision is SSR-750FX. Thanks for your help!

Yeah, you can definitely use the daisy plug for the third socket on the adapter if you're in a pinch. Just keep in mind that it might not be the most secure option. Make sure everything is snug and double-check the connections! Good luck!
