Why can’t I use the 120 FPS option on my Acer TV with PS5?

I'm having trouble using the 120 FPS option on my Acer M series Q LED TV (model AR75UDMGR2885AT) with my PS5. Despite having checked multiple things, I still can't find the setting to enable it. I've already verified that HDMI compatibility is not an issue, and my PS5 settings are correct since I previously used the same configuration on a different TV that supported 120 FPS. I've also looked into the picture settings and even reset the TV, but nothing seems to work. Any tips?

Make sure you're checking the right HDMI port on your TV, as some TVs have specific ports that support higher refresh rates. Also, go into your PS5 settings and ensure that "Enable 120 Hz Output" is set to "Automatic." Not all PS5 games support 120 FPS, so double-check that the game you're trying to play does, and enable any 'Game Mode' for better settings.

I've enabled the 120 Hz output, but the TV still caps at 60 FPS.
