I'm looking for a graphics card that can handle 1440p gaming at a comfortable 60 fps in AAA titles. My current setup has a GTX 1660 Super 6GB and an i5-9400F, which gives me around 40-50 fps on medium settings at 1080p in Dragon Age Veilguard. I'm not aiming for ultra settings, but I want something solid within a budget of $500-$600, though I can stretch a bit if necessary. I've heard good things about the RX 9060 XT 16GB, but I'd love to hear your recommendations too!

If you're looking to upgrade, the RX 9070 is a great option and I've seen it for around $600 at Microcenter. I've got a similar experience; I upgraded from a 2060 and found the price difference between the 9070 and 9070xt wasn't worth it, so I went with the 9070. Just keep an eye on stock levels!

If you're after the best you can get for your budget, look at the RX 9060 XT and compare it with the 5060 Ti—you'll find they compete closely. Depending on local pricing, you might prefer the 5070 if it's not too steep where you are!

For comfortable 1440p gaming on ultra settings, I would suggest the RTX 5070 Ti or the 9070 XT. They're both capable cards within your price range, but you might need to hunt for them at MSRP. If you want something immediately available, the RX 9060 XT 16GB is a solid choice too! Also consider the 5060 Ti, though prices for that are a bit inflated right now.
