What kind of troubleshooting have you done so far? Have you checked for any error messages or tried booting in safe mode?
Could be a flaky power button. If it's not making proper contact, that could prevent your PC from turning on sometimes.
It sounds like it might be a connection or power issue. You could check the power cable and make sure everything is plugged in securely. Sometimes loose connections can cause intermittent power problems.
