I'm on the hunt for the Arctic Liquid Freezer III non-Pro version since I don't plan on overclocking my 9800X3D CPU and figured it would be a more budget-friendly option. However, I only see the Pro ARGB version available now. Can anyone tell me if the non-Pro is no longer being produced?

Honestly, they're priced pretty closely, so I’d just go with the Pro. It has slightly better fans and doesn't really make sense to stick with the non-Pro at this point.
If saving cash is your priority, have you thought about switching to an air cooler? I've had a tough time mounting the Thermalright Phantom Spirit on AM5, and there are threads discussing issues on that on other forums, plus their installation video shows some challenges too.
That’s strange! I heard this AIO was the best bang for your buck right now. I loved how the wires go through the mount. What’s so tricky about putting it together?
If you're looking to save some cash, I’d suggest an air cooler like the Thermalright PA120. But if you really want an AIO, look for some models from Thermalright. Just so you know, the Arctic Freezer III 360 is still around, but it’s priced the same as the Pro version.
I really dig the AIO look. Any specific Thermalright model you think is worth checking out?

Is the non-Pro really that hard to install? I just set up a build with a 9850x3D and the Liquid Freezer III Pro, and it was way easier to mount than any air cooler I've dealt with.
