I'm looking to upgrade the audio-visual setup in our conference room at a small company. We have a tech person handling the wiring, but I'm unsure about the best options for TV, sound bar, camera, and microphone. I was considering the Samsung Neo QLED with Vision AI for the TV to help with clarity; is that a good choice? We're also thinking about keeping our current conference phone but would consider other alternatives if needed. Ultimately, we want to minimize cord clutter, improve remote and in-person meeting experiences, and ensure everyone can see the screen and hear and be heard during Zoom calls. For video conferencing, the Yealink A50 sound bar has worked great for us, and the Logitech Rally is another solid choice. If you're looking at TVs, I highly recommend Newline screens; they come packed with features like a built-in whiteboard function and webcam, making them very user-friendly. Just make sure whatever you choose fits the size of your room!
For a basic setup, we just use a large TV on a mobile stand, paired with a docking station and a webcam. You'd be surprised how well the TV speakers and the webcam mic work together, and we've largely stopped using our conference phones. Keep it simple and effective!
