I was in the middle of a Minecraft session when suddenly, the screen went completely black and the computer won't reboot. I've tried turning it back on, switching ports, and nothing seems to work. This is a 2017 macOS device, and I recently installed Windows 10 Home on it. What could be causing this issue?

If it’s on but only showing a black screen, it might be a different issue. Sometimes, the graphics driver can go haywire after switching from macOS to Windows. You may need to boot into safe mode. Restart your Mac and hold down the Shift key right after the chime to get into safe mode, and see if that helps.
It sounds like your MacBook might not be powering on at all. Can you confirm whether there’s any sound when you try to turn it on? If it’s totally silent, that could be a sign it’s not getting power. You might want to try resetting the SMC to see if that helps. Just hold down Shift + Control + Option + Power for about 10 seconds, then release and try turning it on again.
