I've just taken out my old iPad that I haven't used in years, but I've changed both the email and password for my Apple account. After restoring the iPad to factory settings, it's asking me to log in with my old account details, which I no longer remember and can't access. Am I stuck?

Actually, you can set it up as a new device and get around that login screen. It's pretty straightforward; just look up "how to restore iPad in recovery mode" and follow the steps you find!
Unfortunately, your iPad is locked to that old Apple ID. The only way to unlock it is to contact Apple support with the original proof of purchase. If you don't have that, you might be out of luck.
