Hey there! This is my first PC build, and I got it prebuilt, so I'm really not sure what I'm doing yet. My motherboard is a B450M-A Pro Max II, and I'm using an RTX 4060. I want to install a WiFi card into the PCIe slot since my USB WiFi dongle is pretty unreliable. Is there anything I can do about the GPU blocking the PCIe?

It looks like your motherboard isn't very flexible in terms of expansion. It has only one PCIe x16 slot and one x1 slot, so you're pretty limited. A riser cable could potentially work, but I'm not sure if they make a good one for x1 slots. Your best bet might be to look for a better USB WiFi adapter or just go with a wired Ethernet connection.
It seems like you're stuck unless you find a different solution for WiFi. A good USB option might be the UGREEN 2 in 1 WLAN Stick AX900; it’s been solid for me if you can find it available where you are.
If the GPU isn't blocking the PCIe x1 slot too much, you might try using a riser cable. This would allow you to install a WiFi card below the GPU, but keep in mind it's not the most attractive solution. Just make sure your WiFi card has an external antenna that can be routed outside the case.
Unfortunately, your motherboard design doesn't leave much room for upgrades here. The easiest alternative might just be to pick up a more reliable USB WiFi dongle. There's a lot out there on Amazon—just be sure to check the reviews!

Aww that sucks, appreciate the recommendation though. Just ordered it!
