Hey everyone! I'm new to the hardware world and I've noticed that GPUs are pretty pricey these days. I'm currently thinking about upgrading from my GTX 970. I want to make sure I choose a GPU that offers good longevity and price value. I stream and play various games, and I'm open to saving money if I know what I'm aiming for. Any advice would really be appreciated! Just to give you an idea of my setup: I'm running an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor with 16GB of RAM, and I have displays set up at 2560 x 1440 and 1080p. Thanks!

Best value right now would probably be the 9060 XT. Both options would be a significant upgrade for you!
Yeah, you should totally upgrade! If you mainly game at 1440p, you could even aim for something like a 5070. I’ve got a 4060 Ti with the 5600X and it runs great!
What’s your budget looking like? It makes a difference in what options you have.
With that 5600X, you’ve got a solid combination, so pairing it with a more powerful GPU will definitely improve your gaming experience. The 4060 is a good choice, but don't overlook the 9060 XT depending on what's available in your budget!
Absolutely, you should consider upgrading! Keep an eye on prices for the 9060 XT too—it might be the better buy right now. Prices are fluctuating all the time. If that one is priced high and you're okay with used options, a second-hand 3060 Ti or 3070 could work really well for you, too.
