Depending on your motherboard, you could use that gift card for a PCIe expansion card to add USB ports or an M.2 expansion slot. If you’re looking to tidy up your setup, an RGB hub or fan hub could be cool. Also, if your mouse isn't great, check out the Logitech G512 Hero—it often goes on sale and is pretty solid!
Consider getting a couple of good case fans, or maybe a cooler to help with temperatures. An extra large mousepad is also a great addition, and if you need more flexibility, a monitor arm could really free up some desk space.
