Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my CPU from a 3400GE since it's causing stuttering in many games, which really disrupts my gameplay. I'd like to know if I should go for a Ryzen 5 5600 or a Ryzen 7 5700X. The 5700X is only about $30 more in my country (Philippines). Which one do you think would be a better long-term choice for gaming, especially considering my RX 6600? Thanks in advance!

If you can, also check if the 5800XT is available; it's slightly better and usually cheaper. But you mentioned you're not in the US, so it might be more expensive for you over there.
Keep an eye on prices for the X and XT versions of processors. Sometimes they can be surprisingly cheap, and may suit your needs better!
Thanks! Unfortunately, there are no XTs available right now. I'm down to choosing between the 5600, 5600X, and 5700X before they run out!
5700X is the way to go for that price difference! It's going to give you a nice boost in performance.
Thanks!
For just $30 more, definitely go with the 5700X! It really shines with the extra cores, letting you multitask more effectively while gaming. You won't regret it!
Thank you!
If you're only paying $30 extra, the 5700X is totally worth it. Some games will definitely benefit from the additional cores. Here’s a video that goes over the difference—it might help! [Video Link](https://youtu.be/IeBruhhigPI?t=784)
Thanks for the heads-up! I'll check out the video.

Unfortunately, the 5800XT is out of stock here and way pricier! It's a big jump compared to the 5700X for me.
