I have an Intel i7-12700F with a 7900 XT GPU and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. I'm currently using an 850W power supply from an unknown brand, but it's been crashing and restarting my PC during heavy gaming sessions without any error messages due to power spikes. Would upgrading to a better power supply like the NZXT C1200W solve the problem?

You don't really need a 1200W PSU for your setup. An 850W unit should be sufficient as long as it's a reputable brand.
