I recently rebuilt my PC, transferring all my components into a new case with some hard tubing for water cooling. Before the rebuild, everything was functioning perfectly. Now, when I power it on, the fans and pump start up, and the monitor shows a 'no input' message. I've already reseated the RAM and tried different configurations with one stick in various slots. I've also reseated the GPU and checked all the cables from the PSU. I'm connected to the monitor via DisplayPort, but I've also tried HDMI and a different DisplayPort cable. The USB slots are getting power, so I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked for any lights on the motherboard that might indicate a failure? Often, that can give you a clue about what's wrong.
Make sure you're using the correct RAM slots. Sometimes the motherboard requires specific slots to be filled first for it to boot properly.
If you have a different GPU, try that one to see if it fixes the issue. Sometimes GPUs can fail unexpectedly.
Removing the contact frame for the standard ILM sometimes helps, but if you're still getting the same result, it might be a sign of a deeper issue.
