I have a custom-built PC with the following specs: a Motherboard (H81), an Intel Core i7-4790 CPU, 16 GB of DDR3 RAM, an Msi GeForce GTX 1050ti 4GB GPU, and various storage options including SSDs and HDDs. I'm looking for recommendations on games that would run well on this setup. What are some good options?

If you enjoy FPS games, Doom should run fine, perhaps even Doom Eternal with some settings adjusted. Also, consider Hades or Slay the Spire for something different. Lots of great options!
You should definitely explore the indie scene! Steam has a ton of modern platformers, metroidvanias, and beat 'em ups that will run smoothly on your rig. Don't let the focus on AAA titles limit your options; there’s a lot of hidden gems out there!
Yup, there are so many fun indie games that aren’t resource-heavy.
You should be fine playing games from around 10 years back on your PC. While newer AAA titles might struggle a bit, older ones like Skyrim (even with some light mods) are great fun. You might also try Doom or Hades if you want something fresh yet easy to run!
I can confirm that Skyrim runs nicely, even on my older setup!
You're looking pretty good with those specs. Just know that being on Windows 10 might limit some newer titles, but with your setup, you’re definitely capable of running many enjoyable games!
Oldies but goodies! You might want to check out classics like Minecraft, Valorant, Fortnite, and Counter-Strike 2. They’ll definitely work well on your setup!
Which classics do you recommend specifically?

Totally agree! Indie games can be a blast!
