Help Me Build a Powerful Generative AI PC Under $4000

I'm really frustrated with the rising costs of cloud-based tools and have decided to invest in my own setup for generative AI. I'm looking for recommendations on building a powerful PC for under $4000. I've got a keyboard, mouse, monitors, and speakers already, and I'm located in Florida, USA. I'll mainly use the PC for generating images and videos, as well as some training tasks. I've thought about using dual RTX 5070s before, but I'm looking for concrete build suggestions that will effectively meet my needs. My priority is on VRAM and performance rather than the visual aesthetics of the setup. I recently shared a potential build link and would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for your help!

If you're near Miami, I suggest checking out Microcenter for parts. They often have good deals. Just keep in mind that an RTX 5080 is within your budget, but a 5090 will require an extra $1500 to $1700. Also, I recommend bumping the PSU wattage just in case, and going for an SSD with DRAM for better performance. You might even save a bit by opting for a T705 with a heatsink!

Appreciate the recommendations! Your link didn't work, but I'll definitely check out Microcenter when I can.

Your build link looks solid for under $4000. I wouldn't recommend going for an RTX 5090; it pushes you over budget by about $2000. A PCIE gen 5 SSD is probably a bit much for your needs right now, as gen 4 drives are similarly priced and can do the job just fine. Stick with what you have, and you'll be set!

Thanks for the insight! If I decide to go for that 5090 later, do you think the other components would still work well?
