I recently upgraded my CPU from a 5800X to a 9700X while keeping my GPU the same, a 7800 XT. My current setup includes 32GB of 6000MHz Corsair RAM and an ASRock B850 Steel Legend motherboard. Ever since the upgrade, I've seen a noticeable drop in performance, especially in games. For instance, in Oblivion, I now get frame time spikes that lead to stuttering issues. I have two M.2 drives installed, one positioned above the GPU and another at the bottom. I'm looking for any advice on how to resolve these problems.

Oblivion is known to be stuttery for a lot of players. Have you noticed if other games are also having issues?
Yeah, I've seen some bad performance in other games too at times.
