What parts should I consider upgrading in my PC build?

I'm currently running a PC with an Intel Core i5-9400F CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM on a B365M PRO-VH motherboard. I can't check my power supply unit (PSU) right now, but I plan to keep its wattage in mind. Right now, I can't afford a complete rebuild, but I'm looking for advice on which parts might give me the best performance boost without breaking the bank. I'm mainly trying to achieve consistent 60 fps in the games I'm playing, especially since performance drops to around 50 or 40 fps when I'm streaming video in the background. I'm hoping to spend about $200, but I'm open to suggestions on price and parts.

You might want to clarify your budget first. What are your main goals for this upgrade?
