How can I block specific web browsers and prevent my PC from sleeping?

I'm really struggling to stay focused on work because I keep getting distracted by sites like Reddit and YouTube. Is there a way I can block these two browsers without affecting Chrome? I'm especially interested in blocking YouTube Shorts if that's possible. Also, I want to avoid my PC going to sleep; I've checked the settings and turned off everything that should keep it awake. Any advice on how to achieve both of these things?

Honestly, it’s less about technology and more about self-discipline. I've been trying to focus as well and removing distractions like that can really help. Trying to work on that too.

If you're using Windows, you can prevent your PC from sleeping by running a command in an admin prompt. Just type `powercfg /change standby-timeout-ac 0` for when it's plugged in, and use `-dc` for battery mode. That should help!

You could try apps like Cold Turkey or Freedom to block those sites, and for YouTube Shorts, BlockTube is a great option. To stop your PC from sleeping, consider using Caffeine or Mouse Jiggler to keep it awake.
