My PC Won’t Boot Up – Any Ideas?

This morning, when I tried to power up my PC, instead of loading Windows, I got an error message saying, "Your Device Ran into a Problem and Couldn't Be Repaired. Log file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt." After Googling some potential fixes, I entered a few commands into the command prompt and then powered it off. After waiting a bit, I tried turning it on again, but nothing happened—no signal to either monitor.

I've attempted several troubleshooting steps: resetting the CMOS, flashing a new BIOS, testing each RAM stick individually in all four slots, and trying integrated graphics after removing the GPU. I also loosened the CPU cooler to see if that might help, as I read it could cause memory issues if too tight. However, every time I power it up, there's a red CPU light and an orange DRAM light, which according to MSI's site means it's attempting memory training. I've let it run for up to an hour, but still no success.

I'm really stuck here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

**System Specs:**
- Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- GTX 4070
- MSI MPG Carbon Wifi B650 Motherboard
- 32 GB DDR5 Trident Z5 RAM (just installed two weeks ago and it was working perfectly)
- Samsung 990 PRO SSDs

Yikes, that sounds frustrating! It seems like your system files might have gotten corrupted. Can you confirm if you’re unable to boot into Safe Mode at all? I faced a similar situation with a client's PC, and it turned out their hard drive had issues.

Nope, can't even get to Safe Mode. I've disconnected everything except for the CPU, cooler, and RAM, but the lights just stay the same. I'm starting to think my motherboard might be dead.
