I have a problem with my mobile device connecting to my university's WiFi. It works perfectly fine on other WiFi networks, but when I try to connect to the university's network, it either takes a while to connect or keeps disconnecting repeatedly. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and do you have any solutions?

It sounds like there might be some issues with your university's network. Sometimes, networks will periodically boot users off, requiring you to reauthenticate. Alternatively, you might be connecting to access points that aren't fully operational, which could lead to dropped connections. I recommend reporting this to your university's IT department for further assistance.

I talked to IT about similar issues, and they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. It's frustrating when they don't have answers!
