How Long Can an iPhone Express Replacement Take?

I recently dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. I ordered an express replacement through my AppleCare plan, which said it would arrive in about 1-2 days. However, it's now been a full week, and I haven't received my phone or any updates from Apple. I tried checking the status in the Support app but only ended up talking to a robot. Does anyone have advice on what I should do?

Shipping can take about 3-5 business days, which usually adds up to about a week calendar-wise. Patience is key!

In many locations, it typically takes around 7 business days. You should have received a repair ID starting with 'R,' which can help you track it or get updates from Apple support directly.

You can check the status on the official support website. It's likely there’s a delay, and customer support will have the same info as you, so they might not be able to help much beyond that.

It's hard to say where you are, but mine arrived in just 48 hours. I recommend contacting a live representative with your case number for a quicker update.

That's way too long! Have you tried calling 1-800-MY-APPLE? They might provide more insight on the delay.
