Hey everyone, I set up my Apple account while living in Canada, but I've since moved. Now, my phone is stuck in the Canadian region, and I can't change it since I have a remaining balance of $0.74. I tried to add more money to make a purchase so I could update my region, but my payment method isn't accepted in Canada. I really want to switch from Spotify to Apple Music, but I'm stuck because of this balance issue. Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this? I'm feeling pretty frustrated!

You might want to reach out to Apple Support directly. They can assist you in removing that balance so you can switch regions. Sometimes they might allow you to forfeit the balance, especially if it’s such a small amount. Make sure to explain your situation clearly when you contact them!
I tried that, but when I click the support link it just shows an article about checking gift card balances. It was super frustrating!
