Should I upgrade my old PC or just sell it?

My PC is from 2013 and feels pretty sluggish these days. I've heard that upgrading the HDD to an SSD could really improve performance. I'm torn between making this cheap upgrade for better speed or simply selling the whole setup as is. Here are my specs so you can help me decide:

- CPU: Intel Core i5-4570
- RAM: 16 GB DDR3 (2 x 8 GB, 1600 MHz)
- GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series 2 GB
- Storage: 1 TB HDD (Western Digital WD10EURX)
- Motherboard: Gigabyte H81M-S2PV
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

What do you think would be the best move?

If you have the budget to swap to DDR4, that could be worth considering too, since it’ll give you a more future-proof setup. But honestly, if you’re looking for a quick fix to boost day-to-day performance or light gaming, the SSD is the way to go!

I think going for the SSD upgrade is a solid choice! It'll definitely make your system feel snappier, plus you can reuse the SSD in a future build if you decide to upgrade down the road. You might also want to consider upgrading your GPU for better performance before a full system overhaul.

But wouldn’t investing in a new GPU just make more sense if you’re planning to upgrade in the future anyway? Shouldn’t he just wait and save up for a full rig upgrade?
