How can I transfer 150GB of photos from Android to iPhone quickly?

I'm looking to transfer my entire gallery from my Android to my iPhone, and I need to do it ASAP. I want the transfer to maintain the original dates of the files, since I have them stored on my Android phone and in Google Photos. My iPhone is already set up, so the 'Move to iOS' app might not be a viable option right now. I have 512GB of storage on my iPhone and 200GB on iCloud; I just need to move about 150GB of media, including my camera photos, WhatsApp media, Instagram video downloads, and screenshots. I've tried using Google Takeout, but when I send the files via email, they lose their dates. I plan to try Google Takeout again, but what other options do I have?

You could try restoring your iPhone and using the 'Move to iOS' app, which is really helpful when transferring from Android to Apple. Alternatively, you can also install Google Photos on your iPhone and download your images directly. Just a heads up, using Apple’s software usually yields better results when switching devices.

Does 'Move to iOS' maintain the original dates? And is downloading nearly 19,000 items from Google Photos the only option?
