I'm having trouble using the reference machine creator in Smartdeploy to set up a Windows 11 Education VM. It seems to only create a VMDX file that's about 15 MB, which doesn't make sense. When I manually create the VM in VMware, the file size looks correct. Plus, VMware Workstation won't recognize the file when I try to open it, and the image builder in Smartdeploy says there are no volumes. I also noticed that the builder doesn't allow me to adjust the file sizes or anything. What could be the issue here?

It sounds like you might want to reach out to Smartdeploy support for assistance. Since they're a SaaS product, they might have specific troubleshooting steps for you.
