Looking for Advice on Upgrading My PC: CPU and GPU Recommendations

Hi everyone! I'm relatively new here, but I'm hoping to get some guidance on upgrading my PC. I built my rig back in 2020, and besides adding more RAM and storage, I haven't made any significant changes. Here are my current specs:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
- Mainboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI PCI-Express 4.0
- Memory: 48 GB DDR4 RAM
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
- Storage: 4TB Samsung SSD

I'm mainly looking to upgrade my CPU and GPU since I'm a Vtuber and need my setup to handle more demanding tasks while streaming. I want to avoid spending over $1,000 just on a new GPU, though. My PC runs most games at high settings with around 60fps when I'm not streaming, but I have to lower the graphics when I do. I also know that my older motherboard isn't compatible with DDR5, so I might be limited there. What's your advice for a balanced upgrade for my CPU and GPU that doesn't require a complete rebuild? Thanks for any help!

For dual gaming and streaming, a Ryzen 7 5700X paired with an RTX 4070 would be a solid combo! Just make sure your power supply can handle it; you might need a new one after all this time.

What wattage PSU would be necessary for those components? Thanks for the suggestion!

I would recommend updating your BIOS first, then consider getting an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 5700X, or even an 5800X if they're within your budget. You can spend the rest of your upgrade budget on a better GPU, like a Radeon 6600 XT—it would be a significant performance increase over your current setup!

Is the 5600 or any of those a big jump in performance? Do I need to aim for the 9000 series? Also, I've never used a Radeon GPU; any crucial details I should know? Thanks for your help!
