How can I retrieve photos from a KitsClicks camera on my Mac?

I'm having trouble getting photos off this KitsClicks camera I bought at a convenience store. When I connect it to my Mac (which has the latest software), it doesn't even register or show up as a device. It's like my computer doesn't recognize the camera at all. I didn't have the option to provide a photo here, but I really want to figure out how to transfer my precious photos from this camera. Any advice on how to make my Mac detect it?

I bought the same camera after seeing a cool version online, and I'm stuck too. I repurposed an SD card since I liked the camera's quality. Getting the photos off the SD card is pretty standard, but the built-in storage on the camera just doesn’t show up for me either. It seems like the brand isn't well-known enough for solid support since they don’t even have a proper website. You may need to experiment a lot to extract those photos! Good luck!

Have you checked if there's any instructions on the camera or a website listed for support? You might also try going back to the store where you bought it; they might have some tips. But honestly, if it was a random mom-and-pop place, they probably won't know much about it. The little instruction sheet that came with it might just cover the buttons, not the photo transfer process.

Yeah, I expected that since they also had some random snacks nearby! The instruction sheet just had button details, but nothing about saving or transferring photos, sadly.
