Advice Needed for My New PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up to buy components for a new PC setup in about a month. I've created a list on PCPartPicker with my desired parts, but I've run into a few questions:

1. **Case Fans**: Some cases come with fans built-in, and others don't. Should I go for a case that includes fans, or is it worth it to opt for higher-quality fans separately?

2. **Motherboard vs. CPU**: Right now, I'm considering a B650 motherboard priced at €125, but I also spotted an X870 for €200. Would it be a bad move to downgrade from a Ryzen 7 9800X3D to a 7800X3D just to get the better motherboard? Should I focus on keeping the newer CPU instead?

3. **Purchasing from AliExpress**: Is buying a CPU (either the 9800X3D or the 7800X3D) from AliExpress risky? I'm weighing if the savings are worth the potential risks with warranty or authenticity concerns. The seller has a solid track record with over 10,000 sales.

Thanks a lot for your input!

I say keep your CPU and go with the motherboard you have in mind; it should work great for your build. I personally wouldn’t buy from AliExpress due to worries about warranty and authenticity—that's just my take. Regarding case fans, it's usually better to get one that includes fans, brands like Antec or Phanteks are good choices!
