I'm really struggling with a photo of my pet fish who passed away recently. I had him for 2 and a half years, and it's the only picture I have. The image won't load on my iPhone 13, and I can't access it through any photo editing software or even the Photos app. Every time I try, I get an error message saying 'cannot load photo.' This is really important to me, and I just want to find a way to recover it. Can anyone help?

Have you tried checking if the image is saved on Google Photos? If you can, maybe view it on a computer to see if it loads there. Sometimes images might get corrupted on mobile devices but be accessible elsewhere.
I feel for you! That really sucks. If the photo doesn’t work on your phone at all, another option could be to try using recovery software on your computer to see if you can retrieve an earlier version or something. Good luck!
