I've recently upgraded my old PC with an Intel i3 3100f processor, an Asus RTX 5060oc dual graphics card, an MSI B365 Mortar motherboard, a 750w 80+ Bronze power supply, and 32GB of DDR4 Kingston RAM. After installing the new video card and drivers, I started experiencing freezes and random reboots, especially during games. I reinstalled Windows and the drivers, but that did not resolve the issue. The CPU and GPU temperatures are below 40°C, with the CPU maxing out at only 60% under load. Tests showed no errors with the RAM, the GPU remains cool, and the power supply provides stable voltages. I've also reseated all components and cleaned the slots. System files check out fine, the GPU is brand new, and the BIOS is the latest version. Has anyone else faced something like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First, you should try resetting the CMOS; it might help with boot issues. Let us know how it goes!
I noticed you mentioned an i3 3100f; did you mean the i3 9100f? Given your B365 motherboard, that's more likely. Also, you mention a 750w Bronze PSU, but what brand is it? This could be crucial since reboot issues often stem from problematic power supplies.
Yes, it's the Iron Pride Thunder 750w.
That’s from Russia, right? You might want to try a different PSU to see if that changes anything.
If your system is suddenly going into sleep mode and then not waking up properly, that might indicate a deeper power issue or compatibility problem with your new hardware. Sometimes, the motherboard may fail to post properly due to faulty components, so testing with another PSU might be your best bet.

I tried resetting the CMOS, but it didn’t fix the issue.
