Hey everyone! I'm trying to find a reliable VPN that works seamlessly with MacOS. I'm curious about your top recommendations. Also, if there are any VPNs I should steer clear of, please let me know. Thanks a bunch!

I personally use ProtonVPN. I have a premium subscription, but they do offer a free version too. It’s one of the most secure options I’ve found.

Thanks for the heads up! I've tried Proton's free version before, but I noticed the limited servers. I'll definitely consider the premium version.

I've been using ExpressVPN on all my devices, including Mac. It works perfectly across the board!

Just started using ProtonVPN. Can't say much yet since I'm still testing it, but I have it on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone, and I haven't noticed any speed drops.

I've stuck with Windscribe for nearly 10 years now, and it still works like a charm.

I highly recommend Mullvad; it’s straightforward and focused on privacy.

NordVPN is a solid choice! They have a wide range of IP addresses in cities all around the world.

NordVPN has come up a lot in this thread. I think I should check it out!

For something different, you could use Tailscale or Headscale with a self-hosted exit node. They also have a Mullvad add-on for extra exit nodes.

It really depends on what you need a VPN for. If it's just general privacy you're looking for, you might want to try Cloudflare WARP since it's free and works well, although you can't choose specific server locations. For streaming services like Netflix from abroad, consider Surfshark or Windscribe; they’re both affordable. But if privacy is your top priority, then ProtonVPN or Mullvad are great choices. MacOS compatibility shouldn't be an issue since most of these VPNs integrate well with the system.

I've been using IVPN for a while now, and it works really great for me!
