Hi everyone! I just got my hands on an Ellipsis tablet (model QTAXIA1) and I'm trying to do a factory reset. However, when I follow the usual steps—powering it off and then holding the power button plus the volume up button—I can only see two options: 'Reboot', which just restarts the tablet, and 'Version', which shows device info. I'm puzzled because I've seen other guides that mention a much larger menu including a factory reset option, but I can't find it. Any tips on how to get that reset option to show up would be greatly appreciated!

Have you looked up how to do a factory reset for the QTAXIA1 online? From what I know, to reset it, you need to turn off the tablet, then hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for about 10-15 seconds until you see the recovery screen. From there, you should be able to select 'Wipe data/factory reset' using the volume buttons and confirm it with the power button.
I think the issue might be that your recovery menu is limited. If 'Wipe data/factory reset' isn’t showing, it might be worth checking if there's a software update or something. Sometimes tablets don’t display the full options if there’s an issue with the OS. Have you tried that?
