I'm having a tough time figuring out how to uninstall Netsupport Client from my computer. It all started when my PC began rebooting randomly, which led me to believe there might be viruses or malware involved. I ran a scan with Malwarebytes, which found and quarantined some issues. Even after that, the rebooting continued.
I suspect something's off because I've noticed that Malwarebytes is blocking sites being accessed by something called Netsupport Manager, which I never installed. I came across a file named 'uclient324' in my NVIDIA folder. I tried to delete it, but I kept getting an error message saying it's in use by Netsupport Client. I want to uninstall Netsupport, but my attempts are proving fruitless. I managed to stop the 'uclient324' process using Resource Monitor, which allowed me to delete it and some Netsupport files, but I'm not sure if that resolved the issue. I'm seeking advice on how to fully remove Netsupport or any steps I might have missed.

I had a similar experience once. In cases like this, after stopping the process, it's also good to check for any service related to Netsupport that might still be running in the background. You can do that in the Services app (just type 'services.msc' in Run). If you find any related to it, stop and disable them. Also, double-check your startup programs to ensure nothing is starting up automatically. That could really help in clearing it out.
It sounds like you've been through a lot! Since you're having issues with the Netsupport files and you've already stopped that process, you're on the right track. If you haven't already, I recommend trying to use a dedicated uninstaller tool like Revo Uninstaller. It can help remove programs that don't uninstall easily and clear out leftover files. After using that, do a Malwarebytes scan again just to be safe. Let me know if that helps!
