I've been testing image uploads to see how accurately the system can assess their details. Recently, I uploaded two pictures of a bike, hoping to get an estimate on its resale value. However, it only recognized that it was a bike and gave a bunch of made-up information that was completely off. Is this a common issue? Am I expecting too much from the system, or could there be an error on my end?

Yeah, I've noticed that too! It seems like for the past few days, any file uploaded is just getting hallucinated responses. It appears to be a widespread issue, and I'm not sure if it's on user end or if OpenAI is having backend problems.
I've had my share of issues with file uploads as well. I usually prefer pasting text whenever I can because it seems to lead to better results. Maybe you could try Claude or Gemini for handling images; I hear they’re better equipped for that kind of task.
