We're in the process of upgrading our old on-premises phone system to a hosted PBX, likely going with 3CX. We're also thinking about using Callcentric for our phone lines, but I've heard mixed reviews about the reliability of ATAs. I'm looking for recommendations on eFax services that won't be too expensive for handling high page counts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you're using an ATA, take a look at T38Fax. It seems to work pretty well. I found that it integrates smoothly with various devices; it might suit your needs!
You might want to try using Telnyx for receiving faxes and then send them wherever you need via a webhook. This way, you can avoid the hassles with T.38 and FoIP. Just make sure to verify if this solution meets your regulatory requirements. If you need something in-house, Hylafax Enterprise has worked great for me before, but keep in mind the reliability of your T.38 provider and internet connection needs to be solid.
Have you considered 3CX? They offer a fax-to-email feature which might be useful for you. You can check it out on their website for more details.

This looks like it will work natively with our Toshiba’s. Thank you!
