I'm considering purchasing a gaming PC for $759, and I want to know if it's a good deal. Here's what it includes:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
- GPU: 9060xt 8GB
- Motherboard: b550m
- RAM: 8GB 3200MHz (I plan to buy another stick next month for a total of 16GB)
- SSD: 500GB NVMe
- PSU: 650W 80+ Bronze
I realize the CPU isn't the strongest option, but the Ryzen 5600 is out of my budget. I'll look to upgrade it in a couple of years. For now, is this setup good enough? I mainly play at 1080p, and 1440p isn't necessary for me.

Yeah, it sounds like a solid deal! If you're comfortable with that price and it's within your budget, go for it!
Just a heads up, getting another RAM stick instead of a full package of 32GB could lead to some stability issues down the line, especially if you're not super comfortable with PC building. If you can swing it, maybe consider a 32GB package instead of just adding 8GB later.
It's my first time building a PC, so I appreciate the advice! Are you suggesting I should aim for 32GB instead of just 16GB?

Alright, cool! Thanks for the input!
