I recently ordered an MSI B850 Tomahawk MAX motherboard from Amazon, but I noticed that neither the box nor the anti-static pouch was sealed. Isn't it standard practice for manufacturers to seal electronics before shipping? The product looks brand new, but I'm concerned it might be regarded as an "open box" item passed off as new. Should I be worried?

When I bought my MSI motherboard from Amazon, it came sealed in both the box and the anti-static bag. Usually, all motherboard vendors follow this practice. If your motherboard doesn't have any seals, it might not be new, so consider returning it to avoid a hassle later if any issues pop up.
I got my MSI motherboard from Best Buy and it didn’t have a sealed box either. The anti-static bag had some tape, so maybe it's not as cut and dry as it seems?
