I'm new to all this tech stuff, but I've run into a major issue. Just yesterday, my PC started taking forever to boot up. Once it's on, opening any app takes between 1 to 3 minutes. I tried downloading a game on Steam, and it showed a network speed of 0, estimating that the download would take 3 days! Restarting my PC or even trying to shut it down takes about 5 minutes. This all happened suddenly. I did some research and think it might be related to my SSD. I'm currently running a scan, but it says it'll take over an hour. Here are my specs: 7800x3d, B650 gaming x ax v2, 4080 super. Any ideas?

First, try opening Task Manager to see what processes are running. If your disk usage is hitting 100%, that could indicate a problem. It’s worth checking if your disk is failing.
It says my disk is at 100% right now, and I’m just watching a live game on my PC. Nothing else is open. Is that normal?
