I'm having an issue with my setup where my GPU is playing games like Outer Wilds without any problems. I have a Z390 motherboard, an i7 9700k processor, a 2080 TI GPU, and 16 GB of RAM. However, when I try to stream on platforms like Crunchyroll or Amazon Prime, my screen goes white and I can't get back to normal; I have to restart the device. I'm wondering what the difference is between playing a game and streaming content, and if there are any solutions to this problem. I think it might be a driver issue, and I'm considering reinstalling something, but I'm not sure what else to try.

You might want to try switching to a different connection port on both your GPU and monitor. Sometimes, if there's recording software running, it can interfere, but it sounds like you don’t have any on, right? This could be an HDCP issue, which is a type of protection that might mess things up when streaming. Also, if you restart and it keeps happening, then it might be worth exploring another cable or trying out a DisplayPort connection.
Wait, so is ITX working with DisplayPort to HDMI? I'm a bit confused, but honestly, I'm just glad it's working now. Thanks for your help!
How are you connecting your GPU to the monitor? It could make a difference in how it handles the display. If you're using HDMI, that might be worth checking out! Just a thought.
I also just reinstalled the driver. The only thing left to do seems to be a Windows reinstall, but it's a new setup, so I'm okay with that!
Are you connecting via HDMI? It’s worth noting that I'm using a TV as my monitor.

So, I only have one slot since it's an ITX board. No recording software is running, just Discord in the background. But yeah, the streaming is what's giving me trouble. Maybe I should test out another cable or a different port.
