Why is my second monitor lagging only when I’m gaming?

I recently upgraded my setup with a new motherboard and CPU, and now I'm facing an issue where my second monitor lags whenever I'm tabbed into a game. While I'm in the game, I can't effectively use monitor 2; YouTube videos run at roughly 15 frames per second, and Discord streams just freeze up completely. This issue doesn't occur with every game, just most of them. Here are my build specs:

- AMD Ryzen 7 9800 X3D (new)
- ASUS TUF GAMING B650E-E WIFI (new)
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB)
- Crucial PRO DDR5 RAM, 32 GB @ 6200 MHz

Could this problem be related to my new CPU or something with integrated graphics? My previous setup was an Intel i9 9900k with an ASROCK B365M PRO-4. I figured it might be worth checking out!

Have you tried disabling integrated graphics in the BIOS? Sometimes that can help with these types of issues. If you're not sure how to do it and nothing's plugged into the motherboard for display, it might be worth looking up a quick guide for your specific BIOS setup.

I’m not too familiar with the BIOS, though. Shouldn’t everything work just through the GPU?
