Hey everyone! I'm looking into Sherweb as a potential partner for reselling services like Microsoft 365, hosted Exchange, and other backup solutions. Before I commit, I'd love to get some insights from anyone who's worked with them. Here are a few specific questions I'm hoping to clarify:
- Is Sherweb a reliable choice as a reseller or CSP?
- How good is their support for both partners and end-users?
- What do their pricing and margins look like compared to other providers like Pax8 or AppRiver?
- Has anyone used CIPP or Rewst for automating provisioning through Sherweb?
- Do they offer useful APIs or automation tools for tasks like setting up inboxes or managing licenses?
- Have there been any significant issues or limitations you've encountered?
- Would you recommend them to someone looking to build a light MSP or reseller-type setup?
I really appreciate any honest feedback to help me avoid vendor regret! Thanks!

I've done some digging on Sherweb, and honestly, their margins are pretty low - around 5% if I remember correctly. For comparison, D&H and TD Synnex give way better margins at about 20% on Office 365 products! Pax8 lands somewhere in the middle at around 10-12%. Just wanted to give you a heads up!
Thanks for the heads-up! I appreciate it. I’ve had a tough time reaching TD Synnex though. Do you have any tips on how to contact them? I'm particularly interested in knowing if they provide API access or tools for automating inbox setups.
